The park was given this name because of it’s location - The old Roman drain from the Fosse Way, as the A1434 was originally known, joins the start of North Hykeham Beck at the South Western corner of the park. Although the old beck is no longer visible due to the installation of drainage pipes we continue to enjoy the name first used in 1952.

We feel that our park is a friendly place to live. Our quiet, convenient location may be enjoyed by all - from a first-time buyer to an older person enjoying the freedom of retirement.

 We do not accept children under 16 years of age and we do not accept dogs unless they are medical assistance dogs.  Of course dogs or children are welcome as visitors if they are properly controlled.

We do not have any rented homes - everyone is an owner occupier.

The park has a permanent residential park licence with planning permission for 54 homes. We are regularly inspected and approved by our local authority - North Kesteven District Council.

The new Mobile Homes Act written statement (re-written by the government) comes into force from 1 October 2006.  We will have a downloadable .pdf file available before that date.  Please feel free to click the link here and check out the high level of security it offers residents.

Note:  We are pleased to note that this new version changes nothing from our own previous agreement which has been in force since 1983 and without any disagreements.  We have always operated using the 'Best Practice' available at all times.
