What is a 'First Refusal' Option? A 'First Refusal' Option is a way to guarantee that you have the first opportunity to complete the purchase before anyone else. For example: If another buyer comes along and is able to complete the purchase after you have paid your £1,000 'First Refusal' deposit we would contact you and give you the opportunity at that point to complete the purchase as agreed. If you were not likely to be able to complete within a few days of this contact we may sell the home to the new buyer (who has the funds available). However: If this happened and you lost a particular home to another buyer you would have the option of transferring your 'First Refusal' deposit to another home on our Park or have the deposit returned to you in full.
