    Q: What is a 'Fresh Life Home'?

    A: It is a new concept which we believe is exclusive to us.

    We take an older home and use it as a basis for what looks and feels

    like a brand new home.  The benefit is that purchasers save thousands of pounds.

    We spend a great deal of time, effort and expense to produce an attractive, modern and     

    comfortable home you can be proud to own.

    We begin with a home which requires modernising and we strip out everything except the walls, 

    floor and roof. We then breathe new and stylish life into the home by doing all of the following:

  • Install new extra insulation where possible.
  • Carry out whatever remedial work is required on the floor.
  • Install new bathroom/shower sanitary ware as required.
  • Install brand new kitchen units.
  • Fit brand new oven, hob, sink and extractor.
  • Plumb for washing machine.
  • Fit brand new uPVC or timber double glazed windows and door/doors (Pilkington ‘K’ Glass) - supplied with a 10 year warranty.
  • Re-wire as necessary to latest standards.
  • Install brand new central heating with electronic controls and thermostatic radiator valves on all radiators except one (Required by boiler).
  • Replace all plumbing as required.
  • Decorate everything internally.
  • Fit brand new curtain rails (except kitchen where we fit roller blinds).
  • Fit brand new carpets and floor coverings from our standard range - customers have the option to upgrade at extra the retail cost over our standard cost.
  • Install a brand new Decra tiled roof - supplied with a 30 year warranty.
  • Texture finish the exterior.
  • Site with new gravel paths all round. Optional block paving at extra cost if required.
  • New steps to door/doors.
  • Brick skirting all round.
  • Automatic gas control/delivery system.
  • Gravel car parking space on the plot.
  • New storage shed.
  • New turf if /as required.
  • New mains drainage connections.
  • New water pipe and external stop tap.
  • New electricity supply if /as required

You also have the opportunity to choose your own carpet colour, flooring colour, wall colour, kitchen units, work tops and external colours if you wish.

Our normal interior paint colour is Magnolia walls with white ceilings throughout on textured paper. Our normal exterior colour is either a cream/sand colour or off-white however other colours are available.
