Pitch Fees for Beckhead Park are still at the same level (on reality) that they were in 1963. Increases have not been made other than for inflation over the years. Water fees are calculated on the average consumption over the previous 2 years on a rolling basis and calculated using the governments new required method which takes account of the number of occupiers in each home. Our Pitch Fees (from May 2009 for 12 months after taking account of inflation) are: All sizes of home - £27.33/week Plus Water/Sewage charges The cost per week including water is therefore: 1 person occupying a home - £30.23 2 persons - £31.27 3 persons - £32.22 Road improvement share: 82 pence extra (fixed rate). This agreed improvement required a loan to cover the costs which we took out on behalf of residents. The payment period ends expires in 2013. Almost 100% of residents voted for the upgrade 5 years ago and we borrowed the enormous capital required to complete the project on their behalf. This charge is the shared repayment of the cost. Payment of Pitch Fees is made by Standing Order which is calculated on a calendar monthly basis. |
